While all of these apartments are exquisitely designed, the one bedroom apartments with floor sizes in excess of 875 square feet come with more storage options, a larger balcony, and walk-in closets.

Two Bedroom Apartments

The two bedroom apartments of Avalon at Greyrock Place come in six different floor plans with floor sizes ranging between 999 square feet and 1,452 square feet. All of these designs have excellent features such as a combination living and dining area, spacious bedrooms, wall and walk-in closets, modern kitchens, laundry services, and a fabulous balcony adjacent to the master bedroom that offers a delightful view of the plush community landscape.
