By Subway
Take the number 7 train to Vernon-Jackson station (one stop east of Grand Central Station). Proceed west along 50th Avenue for two blocks (towards NYC). The entrance to Riverview is located on 50th Ave. and 2nd Street.
From Manhattan
Take the Queens-Midtown Tunnel, STAY IN THE RIGHT LANE. Pay toll. Take very first exit on your immediate right (exit 13). Make an immediate right onto Borden Avenue. At first traffic light make a right.Stay in left lane and proceed straight onto Vernon Blvd. Make a left onto 49th Avenue. Proceed straight. At second stop sign make a left onto Center Blvd. Avalon Riverview will be on your left hand side. Make a left onto 50th Avenue. Entrance to building is located at 50th Avenue and 2nd Street.
From Long Island, Queens
Long Island Expwy(495). Westbound towards New York City. Take last exit before Midtown Tunnel (Van Dam Street). Continue straight on this road until the end (approx. ½ mile). Bare left onto Borden Avenue (will pass the Midtown Tunnel toll plaza on your right) at next corner make a right onto Vernon Blvd. Stay in left lane and proceed straight onto Vernon Blvd. Make a left onto 49th Avenue. Proceed straight. At second stop sign make a left onto Center Blvd. Avalon Riverview will be on your left hand side. Make a left onto 50th Avenue. Entrance to building is located at 50th Ave. and 2nd Street.
From Brooklyn
Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) to Long Island Expwy. West. Follow directions for Long Island and Queens.
From New Jersey
Take the George Washington Bridge (stay in the second to right-hand lane). Get off at the Harlem East River/FDR exit. The exit ramp will split, stay to the left. Continue straight for approximately (8) eight miles to exit #8 (Queens Midtown Tunnel exit). Take second right after exit. Proceed to third traffic light and make a left onto 2nd Ave. Stay to the left and take the next left towards the Queens Midtown Tunnel. Once through the tunnel, stay to the left. Pay toll. Take first exit immediately after the toll (approximately 20ft.) Follow directions under From Manhattan
Connecticut
Take I-95 South (New England Thruway) to Bruckner Expwy to Triboro Bridge towards Long Island. Pay toll. Proceed over bridge and take the exit at the end of the bridge (31st St. Commercial Traffic Only). Take immediate right onto 29th St. Follow 29th St. to the end. Take a right onto Astoria Blvd. Go to 21st St. and take a left. Continue straight for 1 ½ miles. Take a right onto 43rd Ave. and proceed to the end. Take a left onto Vernon Blvd. Continue straight for 1 mile. Make a right onto 49th. Avenue. At second stop sign make a left onto Center Blvd. Avalon Riverview will be on your left hand side. Take a left onto 50th Avenue. The Entrance to building is located at 50th Ave. and 2nd Street
