Parking Policy for Avalon Sunset

For Residents: There are two separate levels/entrances of controlled-access parking for residents. The first is off of Fuller Avenue, while the second is off of Martel Avenue. All parking is assigned at Avalon Sunset. One bedrooms and studios are assigned one parking space. Two bedrooms are assigned two parking spaces (tandem). There is a maximum of two assigned spaces per apartment. Additional parking is not currently available for rent.

For Future Residents: Future residents may park in any of the metered street parking spaces located around the community on West Sunset Boulevard, North Martel Avenue, and North Fuller Avenue.

For Guests: Guests may park in any of the metered street parking spaces located around the community on West Sunset Boulevard, North Martel Avenue, and North Fuller Avenue.
