Parking Policy for Avalon Ocean Avenue

For Residents: Controlled-access parking garage is available for residents at $200 a month.

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. Please park in the designated spaces in our parking garage. Follow the signs labeled future resident parking.

For Guests: Guests may park in the limited, designated parking spaces in our parking garage. Please contact the office for availability and assignments.
