Parking Policy for Avalon Walnut Creek

For Residents: All apartments are assigned one parking permit, free of charge. Residents may purchase a second and third permit for $100 each. The top level of the garage is for two-hour parking, as is the outside street parking. Residents with permits may park in the lower level of the parking garage.

For Future Residents: Parking is free for all future residents who visit our community. There are three, designated future resident parking spaces available in the parking garage of the Leasing Office.

For Guests: Short-term guest parking is available for two hours. If a resident will have a guest staying for a period longer than two hours, a guest parking pass and parking agreement must be obtained from the Leasing Office.
