Parking Policy for Avalon Woodland Hills

For Residents: All one bedroom apartments receive one assigned parking space included in their rent. All two bedroom apartments receive two assigned parking spaces included in their rent. Additional parking spaces are not available for purchase. All parking spaces are located in our underground garage.

For Future Residents: Future residents may park for free in the spaces labeled "Future Resident Parking" located directly in front of the Leasing Center.

For Guests: Guests may park for free in the spaces labeled "Visitor Parking" located throughout the community near buildings 3-7 and 9-12. Limited street parking is available. For questions, please contact the community.
