Parking Policy for Avalon at Gallery Place

For Residents: Gallery Place offers three levels of underground and controlled access parking for residents. Monthly parking is $190 for each assigned space. The garage entrance is located in the rear of the building and can be accessed from G or H Streets, as well as from 6th Street next to the German-American Heritage Museum.

For Future Residents: Parking for future residents is available in metered spaces or in the nearby public garage parking. The Verizon Center and the German-American Heritage Museums both offer underground parking directly behind Gallery Place on 6th Street.

For Guests: Guests parking is available in designated parking spaces in our underground garage at $10 per day. Reservations and passes are required. Parking is also available at one of the many surface lots or garages near the community.
