Parking Policy for Avalon at Grosvenor Station

For Residents: There are five levels of controlled-access parking available in our main garage. Unreserved parking is available at $75 per month. Reserved parking spaces are available at $115 per month.

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. Please park in the designated visitor parking spaces beside the leasing office or on the first floor of our parking garage behind the leasing office. No parking permits or passes are required. Additional metered parking is available on Tuckerman Lane. Weekends are free of charge at the meters.

For Guests: Guests may park in the limited, designated parking spaces marked, "Visitor," located in our parking garage on the first floor behind the leasing office. No tag is required in this area. This parking is for 24 hours only. Additional visitor parking is available on the fourth floor of the uncovered section of the garage in the designated parking spaces marked, "Visitor." Visitor parking tags, which may be retrieved at the leasing office, are required for this area.
