Parking Policy for Yale Village

For Residents: Our community features open parking at no charge to residents. Our eight, evenly distributed parking areas are located along the perimeter of the community on Yale Place, College Parkway, and Rutgers Street. Residents are also free to use street parking, designated by the City of Rockville. However, please be mindful of local restrictions

For Future Residents: Future residents are provided free parking directly in front of our fitness center and clubhouse and may park in any of the spaces designated "Future Resident" parking or in any unmarked spot should those be taken.

For Guests: Guests are invited to park their vehicles in the lots provided for residents. No parking pass or registration is required. Entrances to our lots are located on Yale Place, College Parkway, and Rutgers Street. Due to the open nature of the property, we ask that guests park away from the buildings, allowing residents returning with groceries or other heavy items easy access to their building.
