Parking Policy for Avalon at Chestnut Hill

For Residents: There are two levels of controlled-access, underground garage parking for residents. Monthly parking is $125 per parking space. There is no outdoor parking at this location. There are two parking entrances off our main 160 Boylston Street entrance.

For Future Residents: Parking is available in our garage for future residents who take a tour of our community. You will need to call the Leasing Office from the call box (dial 0111) for access to the garage. Please park in spaces designated, "for future resident".

For Guests: There are two areas for guests to park in. The first is inside our garage in Building 1. The second is outside, in spaces against Building 2. In order to access the garage, guests will have to contact the resident from the garage entrance call box.
