Parking Policy for Avalon Cohasset

For Residents: We have several different options for resident parking at Avalon Cohasset. Some of the apartment homes come with an attached one car garage that is included in the monthly rent, these apartments also have an additional parking space in their driveway. For apartments that do not include an attached garage, there is ample parking available in the parking lots throughout the community. This parking is free, and is first come, first served. Residents also have the option of renting a detached garage for $150 per month. These garages are located in the center of the community, behind the clubhouse. All lease holders will receive a parking sticker to place on their vehicle signifying they are residents.

For Future Residents: Parking for future residents is located in front of the Leasing Office. The spaces closest to the entrance are labeled, "for future residents". No permits or passes are required.

For Guests: Guests are welcome to park in any of our parking lots located throughout the community. There are no spaces designated, "guest parking". No parking passes or permits are required.
