Parking Policy for Avalon at Lexington

For Residents: All outdoor parking is free, and is first come, first served. Garage units are available for $130 per month and carports are available for $70 per month.

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who visit our community. Future residents may park in designated spaces adjacent to the Leasing Office.

For Guests: Guest parking is first come, first served. Guests are encouraged to park in outdoor areas not adjacent to the apartment buildings.
