AvalonBay Communities reserves the right to deny residency to any animal deemed aggressive whose breed is not explicitly listed. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents or AvalonBay Communities associates, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately.
Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment home. If applicable, dogs must be leashed whenever entering and exiting the Pet Park, but may be unleashed while within the enclosure of the Pet Park.

For Residents: Unassigned outdoor parking is included. Residents have the option of renting an assigned covered spot for an additional monthly fee. Residents are required to display a resident parking sticker on their car.
For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. There are designated future resident parking spots.

From 93 North & South - Take exit 8 (Furnace Brook Parkway). Follow Furnace Brook Parkway to your 2nd light which will be Quarry Street. Make a right onto Quarry, go up the hill through one set of lights (Common Street) continue straight on Quarry Street. You will approach Avalon Quincy on your left after the Highpoint community. Make a left into the driveway and follow the signs to the Leasing Office.
From Quincy Center - Go to School Street and make a right, follow School Street through one set of lights (Parking Way) follow straight to a 4 way stop sign intersection, continue straight to another stop sign, bear left onto Granite Street which turns into Quarry Street. We are 1/2 mile on the right hand side. Make a right into the driveway, follow the signs to the Leasing Office.
From N. Quincy/Wollaston - Take Hancock Street to Furnace Brook Parkway. Make a right onto Furnace Brook Parkway follow to your 3rd light (Quarry Street) make a left onto Quarry follow up the hill through one set of lights (Common Street) continue straight on Quarry Street. You will approach Avalon Quincy on your left after the Highpoint community. Make a left into the driveway and follow the signs to the Leasing Office. Make a left into the driveway and follow the signs for the Leasing Office.
