Parking Policy for Avalon Fort Greene

Covered parking is located on-site at 343 Gold Street. The entrance to the garage is on Prince Street. Take Myrtle Avenue and turn onto Prince Street for access to the garage ramp.

For Residents: Monthly parking is available for $275.00 per month.

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. Please bring your parking pass into the leasing office where a validation sticker will be provided after you tour the community. Only one validation will be given per tour.

For Guests: The early bird daily rate (for entry before 10:00am) is $11 per day (including tax). For all entries after 10:00am, the charges (excluding tax of 10.375 percent) are as follows:

• 1 Hour = $8.15
• 2 Hours = $10.87
• 10 Hours = $13.59
• Daily Max = $15.40

*** Please Note: There is an additional charge of $6.34 per day for oversized cars.
