Parking Policy for Avalon Garden City

For Residents: Residents may park their vehicle(s) in any open surface parking space at $15 per vehicle, per month and may utilize a reserved surface parking space at $30 per month. There are unattached garages that are available for rent at $200 per month. Some apartments will have direct access garages attached to their apartment home. Parking tags will be issued for all vehicles and must be displayed while parked in the lot.

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. Please park in the designated spaces located in our surface parking lot. Follow the signs at the entrance of the community directing future residents to the designated parking area. No parking permits or passes are required.

For Guests: There are designated guest parking spaces available throughout the community. Guests may also park their vehicle in the future resident parking lot, but only after leasing office hours.
