At the time of this chaos, Albert, the Maintenance Manager, displayed outstanding professionalism and kept order amongst the residents at a very frightening time. Working through the entire night, Albert ensured that the power to the community was restored via generator. When I asked Albert why he didn't take a single break, his response was "I cannot take a break until we have power [restored] and everyone is safe." I was reassured when I heard that.
