Medi Near Avalon at Arlington Square: Fresh Mediterranean Fare Fast

Medi takes its name from the word Mediterranean, so it should come as no surprise that that's the type of fare its chefs create in the kitchen. Despite the fact that it's hundreds of miles away from the Mediterranean, Medi still manages to craft authentic food, according to its many fans.

Located just a stone's throw away from Avalon at Arlington Square, Medi offers fast-casual counter service, but its cuisine ranks much higher than "fast food." Chefs quickly combine fresh, traditional ingredients into a dish of your own design or a traditional plate of chicken souvlaki or a fresh veggie pita. Once chefs have crafted your meal, check out the list of wine and beer for something to wash it down. You can also opt for the pomegranate sangria, a cocktail that's as popular as it is sweet.
