Parking Policy for Fairfax Towers

For Residents: One parking space is included with each apartment home. All other parking is on a "first come, first served" basis. Additional spaces located near the entrance of the building may be reserved for an additional $50 per month and require a special permit.

For Future Residents: Future Residents may park in any of the three spaces near the entrance to the building marked "Reserved for Future Residents." No permit or pass is required to park in these spaces.

For Guests: Guests may park anywhere in the community before 11pm. After 11pm, they are required to have a visitor parking permit and park in the marked visitor spaces down past the front of the building. Visitor parking permits may be obtained by Residents from the Leasing Office.
