Parking Policy for Avalon Park Crest

For Residents: There is controlled-access, underground, garage parking for residents. Parking for residents is limited to one space per apartment home at a monthly fee of $75. Additional spaces may be purchased on a limited basis. .

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. Please park in the designated spaces located near the entrance to the leasing office. The leasing office is located at 8250 Westpark Drive.

For Guests: Guests may park in the limited, designated parking spaces located in our parking garage. The entrance is located off of Westpark Drive. Follow the signs at the entrance of the garage directing guests to the designated parking area. The parking spaces are marked for guest parking.
