Parking Policy for Avalon Towers Bellevue

For Residents: Open parking spaces are available for $100 per month. Reserved parking is available for $150 per month. * Please Note: Prices for parking are subject to increase or decrease depending on demand.

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. Please bring your parking pass into the Leasing Center, where your ticket will be validated for up to 3 hours.

For Guests: Guest parking is $1.50 per every 20 minutes. The daily max is $18.00 per day. Overnight parking for guests entering after 6:00pm and leaving before 7:00am is discounted at a rate of $7 per night.

• Guests of residents get 3 hours of free parking with validation from the Leasing Center.
• Residents of Avalon Towers are given 2 free guest passes per month (first lease term only).
