Parking Policy for Avalon Juanita Village

For Residents: Each apartment home will be provided with 1 parking permit at no extra cost, with the exception of our townhomes, which are provided a reserved parking space at no cost in place of the permit. Parking permits allow a resident to park in the lower parking garage in any open parking space. Additional permits for parking in any open space may be purchased for $60 per month (pending availability). Designated reserved parking spaces in our lower garage may be purchased for $75 per month (pending availability).

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. Designated "Future Resident" parking spaces are located on each side of the roundabout adjacent to the Leasing Center. Overflow parking is located in our upper parking garage. Any space designated as "retail parking" can also be used by a future resident.

For Guests: Guests who park after 6:00pm may use the future resident parking spaces. These are available for guest use anytime the Leasing Center is closed. Residents may also request a guest parking pass to allow a guest to park in our gated lower parking garage. There is also ample street and neighborhood parking along the perimeter of our community.
