What to expect during your online application.
You are only a few steps away from finishing the online application process.
1. Add personal information
To process the application we first need some additional information about you:
- Your current address, phone number and date of birth
- Your social security or individual tax payer identification number if you have one
- Your gross annual income (in dollars)
- Your employer’s name, address and phone number
- An emergency contact name and their phone number
- Birth dates and email addresses of everybody that will be living in the apartment with you.
We also ask you review and agree to the
terms and conditions.
2. Add occupants/guarantor information (as applicable).
If you will share the apartment with additional occupants, we need to know a bit about them. This also applies to the guarantors, if applicable. This step requires the following information:
- Birth dates and email addresses of everybody that will be living in the apartment with you
3. Submit application
This is the final step. To run the application qualification check and hold the apartment you will need a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card.
Important Information
With the completion of the application and approved credit we are able to reserve the selected apartment home for you. Please note that pricing changes daily and depends on the move-in date selected. Changes in the move-in date may result in different pricing.
If the application is not approved, the deposit amount to hold the apartment will be refunded.
