Masks are required when in indoor public spaces if your community is located in a "high community level" per CDC guidance. Otherwise, masks are optional.
Routine cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces in common areas and amenities
Contactless leasing experience, payment, move-in process, and package pickup (as requested)
Self-guided tours allow you to see your new home in person while practicing social distancing (most locations)
Hand sanitizer dispensers available in many shared spaces
The AVB Commitment to Clean program leaves your home disinfected and ready for move-in
