AvalonBay Communities reserves the right to deny residency to any animal deemed aggressive whose breed is not explicitly listed. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents or AvalonBay Communities associates, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately.
Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment home. If applicable, dogs must be leashed whenever entering and exiting the Pet Park, but may be unleashed while within the enclosure of the Pet Park.

For Residents: Resident parking is free. Residents will receive an Avalon Communities parking sticker upon move in. The parking sticker is required to be displayed on the vehicle during their residency. Garages and additional parking spaces are available to rent for an additional monthly fee. One parking space per home is free. Additional vehicles must pay an additional parking fee.
For Future Residents: When touring the community, future residents may park in the parking lot outside the Leasing Center in spaces designated, "Future Resident".
For Guests: Guests visiting for more than 3 days are required to obtain a temporary guest parking tag, free of charge.

From I-93 North (aka Rte 128 South)
Take Exit 2A towards Stoughton and merge on to Rte. 138 South. Follow Rte. 138 for 1.7 miles. Turn left on Randolph Street (Randolph Street becomes Canton Street). Follow for 1.7 miles. Avalon Blue Hills is on the right.
From I-93 South (aka Rte. 128 North)
Take Exit 5A, Rte 28 South towards Randolph. Follow Rte 28 South for a half mile. Turn right on Scanlon Drive and follow until the end. Take a left onto High Street. Follow for .8 miles. Turn right on Reed Street (Reed Street becomes Canton Street). Avalon Blue Hills is 1 mile on the left.
