Two Bedroom Apartments

Avalon on the Alameda's two bedroom apartments in San Jose come in six different floor plans ranging from 1,051 square feet to 1,233 square feet, half of which are duplexes. All of our two bedroom apartments enjoy the amenities of our single bedroom apartments, with the addition of an extra bedroom and bathroom.

Three Bedroom Apartments

Our three bedroom apartments in San Jose come in three unique floor plans, two of which are duplexes, and range in size from 1,293 square feet to 1,422 square feet. Of course, all three layouts come equipped with the amenities of our one and two bedroom apartments, with the benefit of an extra bedroom and bathroom.

Townhouses

Our San Jose townhouses have five different floor plans that range in size from 1,051 square feet to 1,396 square feet. These townhouses come in three and two bedroom floor plans, and four of the floor plans are actually duplex town homes.
