Alaine S. Walsh serves as Executive Vice President, Human Capital and Administration of Vivmark Residential, leading human resources, compensation, learning and development, and talent development across the organization.

Prior to the formation of Vivmark, Ms. Walsh served as Executive Vice President—Human Capital and Administration of AvalonBay Communities since January 2024, having previously served as Senior Vice President, Operations and Investment Services from 2018 to 2023. She joined AvalonBay in 1998 and held a variety of financial, administrative, and operational roles throughout her tenure. Prior to AvalonBay, she provided auditing and accounting services as a licensed CPA at KPMG. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from James Madison University.
