Michael L. Manelis serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Vivmark Residential, directing the day-to-day operations of the Company's portfolio and overseeing the resident experience across more than 180,000 apartment homes. His responsibilities span property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and engineering; technology; centralized services; revenue management; and marketing.
Prior to the formation of Vivmark, Mr. Manelis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Equity Residential since July 2018, having previously served as Executive Vice President- Property Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations and Information Technology, and Senior Vice President - Property Operations. He has held various positions within Equity Residential's operations organization since 1999. Mr. Manelis received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas.
