Pamela R. Thomas serves as Executive Vice President, Portfolio and Asset Management of Vivmark Residential, leading portfolio and asset management for the Company, identifying operational and investment opportunities across the portfolio, and overseeing capital expenditure initiatives, sustainability, retail and mixed-use activities, and joint venture relationships.

Prior to the formation of Vivmark, Ms. Thomas served as Executive Vice President, Portfolio and Asset Management of AvalonBay Communities, which she joined in July 2024. Before joining AvalonBay, she was with CPP Investments, where she served as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Real Estate, and was a member of the Global Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to CPP, she was Executive Director with JP Morgan Asset Management, responsible for its New York and Northern New Jersey multifamily portfolio, and previously held roles at RREEF/Deutsche Bank focused on East Coast multifamily investments.

Ms. Thomas is a member of WX Women Executives in Real Estate and the Urban Land Institute Platinum Multifamily Council. She is a graduate of New York University.
