The City of Pleasanton, in coordination with Eaves Pleasanton, is opening the Waiting List for the One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Below Market Rate (BMR) units at Eaves Pleasanton located at 3650 Andrews Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588.
The Waiting List will be open for Pre-Applications beginning
Friday, August 15th through September 12th, 2025.

Applicants will be required to submit a Pre-Application for placement on the Waiting List. Please click on the waitlist application link below.
A pre-application lottery process will be administered to determine the Waiting List order for the One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom BMR units, per the City Preference System for Pleasanton residents and employees for City-assisted affordable housing developments.
Applicants must meet the maximum income limits and household size requirements below.

Emailed or faxed Pre-Applications will not be accepted. Only 1 application may be submitted per household; Duplicate submissions will disqualify all entries.
Pre-Applications will be accepted until Friday, September 12th, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
No exceptions or consideration will be given to Pre-Applications received after the deadline date.
Pre-Applications postmarked September 12, 2025, will be accepted.
