Apartments are offered based on the date and time of the completed pre-application. Low-income guidelines apply. Households must be within the income levels below to qualify for the Below Market Rate Program. Rates and income limits may change with or without notice. Kanso Twinbrook residents are responsible for electric, gas, water heating, water, sewer, phone, and cable utilities. Additional fees for parking apply. Apartments contain FHA compliant features for persons with disabilities. All leases are a minimum of 12 months. Household income verification is required. Rents above include a deduction for Utility Allowance. Minimum incomes do not apply for households without a Housing Choice Voucher.
