AvalonBay Communities reserves the right to deny residency to any animal deemed aggressive whose breed is not explicitly listed. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents or AvalonBay Communities associates, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately.
Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment home. If applicable, dogs must be leashed whenever entering and exiting the Pet Park, but may be unleashed while within the enclosure of the Pet Park.

For Residents: Monthly parking for residents is available for an additional monthly fee. All parking spots are assigned in our covered garage.
For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. Please contact the leasing center prior to your scheduled visit and one of our associates will grant access to our parking garage . There is direct entry to the Leasing Center from the parking garage.
For Guests: Limited guests parking is available for an additional daily fee. Residents may reserve a parking spot by visit AvalonAccess.com, and then will be provided with a daily parking permit for their guests.
Non-Residents: Monthly parking for non-residents who live or work near Avalon Hoboken is available for a monthly fee. Please contact our leasing center for more information.

Increased security deposits may be required in certain circumstances, including conditional acceptance. Parking may have an additional sales tax. Mid-lease fees may vary or apply.
