About the Ballston Neighborhood
AVA Ballston Square is located in the heart of Ballston, Arlington, VA, at 850 N. Randolph Street. The community sits just 2 blocks (about a 3–5 minute walk) from the Ballston-MU stop, served by Metro’s Orange and Silver Lines. From Ballston, residents can reach Downtown Washington, DC in approximately 15 minutes by Metro.
Everyday convenience defines the neighborhood. AVA Ballston Square is one block from Ballston Quarter, a major shopping and dining destination with dozens of restaurants, retail stores, entertainment venues, and the MedStar Capitals Iceplex.
