AvalonBay Communities reserves the right to deny residency to any animal deemed aggressive whose breed is not explicitly listed. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents or AvalonBay Communities associates, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately.

Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment home. If applicable, dogs must be leashed whenever entering and exiting the Pet Park, but may be unleashed while within the enclosure of the Pet Park.

• Snakes
• Rabbits
• Livestock
• Reptiles

For Residents: Controlled-access, garage parking is available for an additional monthly fee.

For Future Residents: Parking is free for future residents who take a tour of our community. There are designated future resident spaces located in our garage off of NW 56th Street. There is an direct-access to our Leasing Center from the future resident parking area. No parking permits or passes are required.

For Guests: Guests may park in the designated guest spaces located in our garage off of NW 56th Street.

Smoking is not permitted at this community.
